Do you have a heart for bringing children closer to Christ? Our Awesome Attitudes Program is seeking a passionate and energetic person to lead children 2nd grade through 5th grade in
ministry beginning the 2025/2026 church calendar year.

Responsibilities include:
• Planning and leading Wednesday evening gatherings from 6:30pm to 7:30pm; typically
mid-September through early May.
• Discipling and mentoring children 2nd grade through 5th grade
• Partnering and collaborating with the leader of Little Awesome Attitudes
• Cultivating a safe, welcoming, and Christ-centered environment

Qualifications:
• Preferably a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church
• Strong Christian faith and commitment to the church's mission
• Experience working with youth (volunteer or professional)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• FBI/BCI background check required
